GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION:

Thank you for your reservation and please pay attention to the following hotel conditions:

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• If the guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation in the booked type of accommodation will be charged as a guarantee.
• A security deposit for guests without a credit card is accepted no later than 48 hours after the booking is made.
• Check-in at the facility is possible after 15:00, on the day of arrival.
• Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00, on the day of departure.
• The property reserves the right to charge additional costs for late check-outs.
• Prices do not include tourist tax and additional costs.
• Please note that children aged 12 and over are considered adults and are charged the full price. When booking accommodation, you are obliged to add children older than the above to adults.
• The listed prices are informative.
• If you want to change or cancel your reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Terms of cancellation.

Adrion Aparthotel reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on capacity availability and demand.

The price in the offer is informative until the moment of booking.

Please note that when paying by credit card, the amount will be charged in Euro (€). Your bank then converts that amount into the local currency of your account. Due to the exchange rate of your bank, a slightly different (higher) total amount may be charged than the one stated in Euro (€) on the hotel account.

Upon check-in, reception staff will request a valid credit card as a payment guarantee or advance payment from non-credit card holders. In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (unless the reason for departure is illness or force majeure).

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if the reservation system has been misused or made by an obvious mistake of the user.
